Digital products & refunds

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins (Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent Swiss provisions).

Technical-issue guarantee. If the files are corrupted, incomplete, or you cannot access your purchase, contact contact@varentis.ch within 14 days of purchase and we will repair the issue or, if we cannot, issue a full refund.

Custom services (e.g. ESG Gap Analysis Report) may be refunded only before work has commenced. Once the report has been delivered, the sale is final.

Intellectual property

All content, templates and documents are © 2026 Varentis. You may use purchased templates within your own organisation but may not resell or redistribute them.

Liability

Varentis provides documentation and consultancy support. We are not responsible for outcomes determined by third-party rating platforms (e.g. EcoVadis scores) or for misuse of our templates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
